  2. Various bookies, but I ignored the obscure ones, that I didn’t know much about. The main bookie however is Pinnacle – and I will be posting a full review up tomorrow on them, as they are not a small time operation. I just haven’t used them before because they didn’t offer any sign- up bonuses.
